A Table Rock Lake Senior Portrait Experience. On Location with Heidi Knight.

While visiting grandparents in the Branson region of Missouri, we took the time to capture senior portraits with a lake theme. She wanted these to feel patriotic, so she asked her Papa to keep his swags on the deck for her. He was happy to oblige. When looking for other locations we decided to capture some images on the front porch and also on the boat dock. It’s amazing how photogenic the most unlikely locations can be.

It's always a great idea to ensure that your senior portraits reflect YOU and your personality, interests, and favorite things. A favorite childhood destination is a great idea, especially if it’s linked to grandparents! Let me know if you’d like to schedule a special portrait session in a specific destination! We will be adding these images to her senior album. I’m a fan of 12x12 albums so that’s the size we will be creating in the spring using images from her whole year.

While I do love to use off-camera flash, we decided natural light was perfect to set the feeling for this set of images on a cloudy day in the lovely Ozarks.
